Step back into the resplendence of the Neo-Renaissance era. Originally built as the American headquarters of the Cunard Ship Line, this architectural masterpiece boasts soaring marble columns, majestic inlaid floors, beautiful hand-painted frescoes, and sits directly across from the iconic Charging Bull on Wall Street.
Simply put… it’s absolutely gorgeous!

Years ago, I knew I wanted my 50th birthday to be a Maya Rouge inspired celebration. The vision was clear. I only had to find the perfect place to bring it to life.
When Elle and I walked into this extraordinary space, tears filled my eyes. I knew, without a doubt… THIS IS IT.
This is where Maya Rouge is meant to happen.

Located next door to Avra Madison and part of the renowned Avra family, the decor is exquisite, the cuisine is delicious and the drinks are fabulous!
One of my favorite spots in New York City, Le Bar Penelope has everything I love! Beautiful design, incredible energy, amazing cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and super sexy lounge vibes. The perfect finale of our weekend together.
